Chicken Sauté in Puff Pastry Bowl

Preheat oven to 190°C. Place puff pastry in square moulds, brush with egg yolk and bake 15 minutes.

Press the center of the baked pastry down to form a bowl shape.

Melt butter in a pan, sauté the onion and peppers.

Add the chicken strips and sear, then add the mushrooms.

Sprinkle flour, stir, add cream and cook until thickened.

Season with salt and pepper. Fill the pastry bowls and serve immediately.
