Turkish Zucchini Fritters (Mücver)

Grate zucchini, salt and let sit 10 min, squeeze out water.

Add cheese, eggs, flour and chopped dill.

Mix into a thick batter.

Drop spoonfuls into oiled pan, fry both sides.

Drain on paper towels.
