Creamy Chicken Pasta

Cook pasta in salted boiling water, drain. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.

Slice chicken breast thin. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook chicken in olive oil until golden on both sides. Set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter and saute finely chopped onion and garlic.

Add cream and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring. Adjust with reserved pasta water.

Add chicken and pasta and toss together. Serve with fresh basil and black pepper.
