Su Böreği (Boiled Pastry Börek)

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Blanch each yufka for 30 seconds; transfer to cold water and drain.

Whisk together the melted butter, oil, eggs and milk.

Lay one sheet in a greased tray; brush with the butter mixture.

Layer a cheese-filled sheet; drizzle with filling and butter mixture. Repeat until all sheets are used.

Generously brush the top layer with the butter mixture.

Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until golden. Slice and serve hot.
