Turkish Rice Pilaf

Wash rice and soak in warm salted water 20 min.

Toast vermicelli in butter until golden.

Add drained rice, sauté 2 min.

Add hot chicken broth and salt.

When boiling, reduce to low and cook 15 min.

Place towel under lid, rest 10 min. Fluff and serve.
