Turkish Meat Pide

Knead flour, yeast, warm milk and salt, let rise 30 min.

Mix ground meat with onion, tomato, pepper and spices.

Divide dough into 4, roll each into oval shape.

Spread filling in center, fold edges into boat shape.

Bake at 250°C for 12-15 min.

Brush with butter out of oven.
