Homemade İskender Kebab

Slice the meat thinly and marinate with salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes.

Sear the meat in a hot pan with oil until browned on both sides.

In another pan, melt butter. Add tomato paste and grated tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes.

Tear pide bread into pieces and arrange on serving plates.

Drizzle half the tomato sauce over the bread.

Place meat on top, pour remaining sauce over.

Add yogurt on the side. Drizzle sizzling butter on top and serve immediately.
