Chicken Shish Kebab

Cut chicken into cubes.

Mix yogurt, olive oil, crushed garlic, pepper flakes, thyme, salt and pepper.

Marinate chicken 2 hours (ideal: overnight) in fridge.

Thread chicken, pepper and onion pieces onto skewers.

Grill 3-4 min per side on charcoal or grill pan.

Serve with lavash and onion.
