Sheet Pan Cheese Borek

Preheat the oven to 200C.

Whisk eggs, then add milk and oil. Mix well.

Crumble white cheese and mix with finely chopped parsley.

Grease the baking pan. Lay the first yufka sheet and brush with the egg-milk mixture.

Lay second sheet, brush, and spread half the cheese filling.

Lay third sheet, brush, and spread remaining cheese filling.

Layer remaining yufka sheets one by one, brushing each with the mixture.

Generously brush the top layer with remaining mixture.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from oven, rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
