Oven-Baked Meatballs with Potatoes

Place ground beef in a large bowl. Add grated onion, soaked and squeezed bread crumb, egg, parsley, cumin, salt, and pepper. Knead well.

Shape into walnut-sized round meatballs.

Slice potatoes thinly, tomatoes into rounds, halve the peppers.

Grease baking tray. Arrange potatoes, place meatballs on top.

Mix tomato paste with half a cup water and pour over. Add tomatoes and peppers.

Bake in preheated 200C oven for 30 minutes.

Serve hot.
