Turkish Minced Meat Flatbread

Mix flour, water, and salt into a soft dough. Rest 15 minutes.

Grate onion. Combine minced meat with onion, tomato paste, pepper flakes, black pepper, and parsley.

Divide dough into 4 and roll each out thin.

Spread meat filling thinly over half the dough, fold over, seal edges.

Cook on a dry hot griddle until both sides are golden.

Serve hot with lemon and red pepper flakes.
