Lahmacun (Turkish Flatbread with Meat)

Knead flour, water, yeast and salt; leave to rise 30 minutes.

Finely chop or pulse all topping ingredients in a food processor until combined.

Preheat oven to 250°C. Divide the dough and roll each portion very thin.

Spread a thin layer of topping, leaving a 1 cm border.

Bake for 7-8 minutes until the edges are golden and the topping is cooked.

Top with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon; roll up and serve.
