Beyti Kebab

Knead the ground meat with grated onion, crushed garlic and spices. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Shape meat onto skewers or kebab sticks and grill or pan-fry.

Melt butter, stir in tomato paste for 1 minute. Add a splash of water.

Lay lavash flat. Place cooked kebabs on top and roll tightly.

Slice rolls and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with the butter sauce.

Serve with yogurt on the side.
