Turkish Yogurt Soup (Ayran Çorbası)

Boil wheat berries for 1 hour in advance.

Whisk yogurt, egg and flour together.

Add yogurt mixture to pot with 4 cups water, stir while bringing to boil.

Add cooked wheat, simmer 10 min.

Sizzle dried mint in butter, drizzle over soup.
