Turkish Fried Eggs with Sucuk

Melt butter in a small pan.

Add sucuk slices and fry on both sides until crispy.

Crack eggs between the sucuk slices.

Cover and cook on low heat until whites are set.

Season with salt and pepper, serve hot in the pan.
