Kısır (Turkish Bulgur Salad)

Place bulgur in a bowl. Add pastes, olive oil and salt.

Pour 2 cups boiling water over it, stir and cover. Let it steam for 15 minutes.

Finely chop parsley and spring onions.

Fluff the bulgur with a fork. Add pomegranate molasses and lemon juice.

Add chopped herbs, red pepper flakes and mint; mix thoroughly.

Taste and adjust salt and pomegranate molasses as needed.
