Turkish Shepherd's Salad

Dice tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers into small cubes.

Finely chop the onion. Optionally soak in salted water 5 minutes and squeeze dry.

Finely chop the parsley.

Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.

Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and sumac; toss gently.

Serve immediately.
