Turkish Stuffed Grape Leaves

Mix rice, meat, grated onion, paste, mint and spices.

Place leaves vein-side up.

Add a teaspoon of filling and roll tightly.

Pack tightly in pot, place lemon slices between layers.

Add olive oil, lemon juice and 2 cups hot water.

Press with a plate, simmer 45 min on low heat.
