Cheese Poğaça

Warm the milk; add sugar and yeast; rest for 10 minutes.

Knead flour, yogurt, oil, salt and the yeast mixture into a soft dough; leave to rise 45 minutes.

Mix the white cheese with parsley.

Take walnut-sized pieces of dough; place filling inside; seal and roll into balls.

Place on a lined tray; brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame or nigella seeds.

Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden.
