Puff Pastry Baklava

Boil sugar, water and lemon juice to make a syrup; let it cool completely.

Preheat oven to 190°C. Lay the first puff pastry sheet in the tray.

Mix walnuts with cinnamon and spread evenly over the pastry.

Cover with the second sheet and brush with melted butter.

Score into diamonds and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.

Pour cold syrup over hot pastry; wait 1 hour before serving.
