Easy Vanilla Cake

Preheat oven to 180C. Grease and flour the cake pan.

Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer for 3-4 minutes until fluffy and pale.

Gradually add oil and milk while continuing to mix.

Sift in flour, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Fold in gently.

Pour into pan. Bake in preheated oven 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from pan, cool, and slice. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
