Turkish Carrot Cake

Preheat oven to 180C. Grease and flour the cake pan.

Finely grate the carrots.

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add oil while mixing.

Sift in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla. Fold in with a spatula.

Add grated carrots and walnuts, fold gently.

Pour into pan and bake 40 minutes.

Let cool completely, remove from pan, and dust with powdered sugar.
