## What Gurmion Is

Gurmion is the autonomous operating system for independent restaurant kitchens.
It connects to a restaurant's existing POS system and supplier email inbox,
reads sales data, invoices, and stock movements overnight — without any manual
data entry or hardware installation — and presents a single-page morning briefing
with profit/loss, stock alerts, and recommended actions.

## The Problem Gurmion Solves

Most independent restaurants know what they sold but not what they made. Food cost
silently rises, waste stays invisible, and profit leaks through small daily losses —
a half-completed stock count, an unnoticed price increase, a plate thrown away.
Each is small alone; together they add up to a salary.

4 in 10 restaurants close within their first 6 months. The top 3 reasons are:
uncontrolled cost, stock/supply issues, and inefficient processes. Gurmion addresses
all three by making the invisible visible — overnight, automatically.

### Kiler (Stock)
- Fed by supplier invoices (scanned from email overnight)
- Shows: what you have, how much is left, where prices are heading, what to order
- Tracks waste and shrinkage (gap between POS sales and recipe consumption)
- Real-time stock ledger, not periodic snapshots
- B2B read-only surface (data entered via Mutfak chat or invoice scanning)

- Holds recipe and true cost for every dish
