## What is Gurmion?

Gurmion is an AI-powered operating system that autonomously manages the kitchens of independent restaurants. It connects to your POS system and supplier emails, reads sales, invoices and stock movements overnight, calculates them, and presents a single-page briefing in the morning. ## Four Modules

- **Kiler (Stock)**: Fed by supplier invoices; shows what you have left, where prices are heading, and what to order. Waste and shrinkage don't stay hidden.
- **Defter (Cost)**: Holds the recipe and true cost of every dish. When a supplier price changes, dish cost updates automatically; you see clearly which items earn and which leak.
- **Mutfak (Decisions)**: Fed by Kiler and Defter, speaks in everyday language. Prepares the morning briefing; tells you what to order, which dish to drop, where money is leaking.
- **Plan (Prep)**: Plans weekly prep, staff meals and production in advance. Knows what to prepare and when from the morning, structures without disrupting the kitchen rhythm. Syncs with Google Calendar.
